TPO roofing
TPO is a single ply membrane that's common on flat and low slope commercial roofs. It reflects sun, which matters on an Arizona roof in July. Our crews are trained in current TPO installation methods, and we use TPO products from established manufacturers.
Modified bitumen roofing
Modified bitumen is a tough, layered roof for flat and low slope buildings. There are two main types:
- APP, usually torch applied
- SBS, applied with cold adhesive or hot mopping
Depending on the building, it goes on torch applied, cold applied or self adhering.
Elastomeric roof coatings
A coating seals a sound flat roof and adds a reflective layer on top. Which one fits depends on the roof:
- Silicone. Ideal for flat commercial roofs. Holds up to ponding water and reflects UV well.
- Acrylic. For roofs that drain well.
- Urethane. Tough and impact resistant.
